Job Summary
Grow student enrollment in CIEE’s high school study abroad programs through proactive sales outreach and end-to-end applicant guidance. Own the applicant journey from initial interest to confirmed participation, building trust with students and families. Conduct 20-60 daily calls, host virtual webinars, present at high schools and fairs, manage FAFSA-like financial processes in Salesforce, review and convert applications to paid participants, and provide ongoing participant support. Communicate program value for High School Summer Abroad, Custom School Trips, Semester Abroad, Gap Year Abroad, and First Year Abroad; coordinate with families, handle enrollment logistics, and ensure timely payments. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, ability to travel domestically, and comfort with evening hours and CRM usage (Salesforce). Domestic travel and international travel experience are pluses; bilingual skills and experience with diverse high school students are a plus.
