Job Summary
Design and implement student engagement communication strategies to connect GRCC students to opportunities within the Center for High-Impact Experiences and support sustained participation in Center programs. Maintain structured, confidential tracking of student engagement; identify opportunities for outreach and inform strategies to support continued involvement and success. Collaborate with Center staff and faculty to align with program priorities and ensure consistent messaging across Center programs. Contribute to ongoing improvement by reviewing engagement trends and participation patterns, and assist with data collection, assessment, and end-of-program reporting. Follow FERPA and support flexible hours (evenings and weekends) as part of a team focused on guiding students through high-impact experiences aligned with personal, academic, and career goals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or comparable combination of relevant education and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiar with Customer Relations Management software.
- Experience using databases, documenting interactions, and/or tracking progress.
