Job Summary
Engage with alumni to onboard them into upskilling programs and connect with local employers to generate candidate nominations. Coordinate with trainers and students to ensure smooth onboarding, track learning journeys, and organize webinars and assessments. Maintain a database of contacts and provide reminders for session attendance while documenting outreach efforts and preparing weekly reports. Work collaboratively with the centre team for field visits and mobilization campaigns, requiring local travel and weekend availability. This role supports the centre's skilling initiatives by driving participation and ensuring student progress through direct engagement and data management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of the regional language based on the center's location
- Basic computer skills and digital literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp)
- Basic technical knowledge relevant to training courses
- Comfortable in field outreach, student interaction, and employer communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with training and operations teams
- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends (with rotational offs)
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the social service or education sector
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in student counselling, mobilization, outreach, or placement roles
- Prior work with NGOs or skilling/livelihood programs
