Job Summary
Student Engagement Manager responsible for in-market outreach to counselors, agents, schools, and institutional partners to promote CSU programs in India and across South Asia. Role includes visiting and training agents, market development, and building relationships with schools, counselors, and other stakeholders; onboard and monitor CSU-approved agents with ethical outreach and focus on student quality and fit; track engagement activities, agent engagement, and market feedback to inform campus processes; support admitted-student follow-up, conversion, and yield; provide market insights on visa trends and documentation issues; travel within India with significant in-country activity, preferably based in Delhi or Mumbai. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in education/international education or related fields, plus strong English communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in education, international education, student engagement and outreach, or a related field
- Experience with U.S. higher education in student engagement and marketing (preferred)
- Experience working with agents, schools, counselors, or institutional partners (preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to write clear emails, reports, and activity updates in English
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with CSU and Grok
