Job Summary
Student Engagement Assistant/Panther's Den Coordinator oversees the Panther's Den Student Lounge operations across campuses as part of a rotating team, supervising the space, managing check-in, inspecting equipment, providing event information, facilitating space reservations, developing student programs, guiding student staff for online and in-person programs, and supporting day-to-day department operations (including front desk duties, phones, and event participation). The role requires strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and availability for evenings and some weekend hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. A background check is required for the selected candidate. Compensation is hourly, with minimum pay stated as $15.92 per hour.
