Job Summary
Coordinate and manage operations of the Patriot Hall athletic facility; oversee daily staffing and event-related coverage across campus; supervise and onboard student employees; serve as lead point of contact for public events, coordinating with Facilities and other departments to ensure events are staffed, scheduled, and executed safely and in alignment with college procedures; coordinate student employment communications, job postings, and career readiness workshops; maintain campuswide job board and support services including resumes, interview prep, and job-search strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- Experience coordinating events and staff coverage, including scheduling and logistics
- Experience supervising, training, or leading student employees, staff, or comparable teams
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, based on events and facility coverage needs
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use digital tools to support daily work, track information, and maintain basic workflows
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
