Student Digital Construction Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate Digital Construction deployment by performing design coordination, identifying constructability issues, and facilitating site logistics plans within model environments. Maintain and distribute 3D laser scans, point cloud models, and architectural elements while assisting in training staff on Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revizto workflows. Develop schedule visualization models and 4D simulations to illustrate contractor solutions, then compile contract VDC close-out documentation. Facilitate model coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors to clarify design models and record sign-offs. Assist in administering the BIM Execution Plan and distributing updated documents to field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, diploma, or equivalent program
- Complete at least one more semester of education following internship
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Experience working with tools such as Revit and Navisworks
- Residency in Saskatchewan or a valid work permit which would allow you to work for Bird Construction or one of its wholly owned subsidiaries
- Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently

- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude

- Must be available for weekend shifts
