Student Dietary Associate - Food and Nutrition - Per Diem

Prepare assembly line stations for patient supper trays and assemble food items according to marked menus. Transport supper food carts between designated areas and collect garbage in the Dietary and Cafeteria zones for transport to compactor or incinerator. Scrape and wash all dishware from patient trays and employee cafeterias, scrub and sanitize pots and pans, and organize them in designated areas. Perform room service while utilizing proper body mechanics to prevent injuries. Maintain department policy and procedure standards throughout all tasks.
