Student Desktop Technician

Job Summary
Support students, staff, and faculty with technology questions, hardware/software support, and equipment installation and configuration via phone, email, and in person. Manage setup and deployment of University PCs, handle inventory, and escalate high-impact issues. Provide on-site and remote assistance for application installation, updates, and basic wireless troubleshooting. Work 20-25 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible scheduling based on workload. Lift up to 60 pounds for desktops and peripherals. Maintain confidentiality while serving a diverse population. Must be a current Franklin student.
