Job Summary
Assist in setting up and arranging event spaces by staging, seating, and placing signage according to event plans. Support logistics through the transportation, loading, and unloading of equipment and supplies. Prepare venues by positioning amenities such as tables, chairs, and trash receptacles. Collaborate with crew members and university staff to ensure timely task completion and smooth execution. Identify and troubleshoot technical or logistical issues, reporting them promptly to the Event Operations Coordinator. Adhere to safety protocols during setup and teardown activities. Work nights and weekends as required, with shifts determined by class schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate day program at SNHU
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 70lbs
- Ability to work nights and weekends
