Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks while performing assigned planned maintenance on customer equipment. Process paperwork after each job completion and actively participate in training activities. This paid internship requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with candidates working toward a technical degree. Applicants must demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes, including the ability to read schematics and safely operate lift trucks. Starting pay is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working toward a technical degree
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics
- Knowledge of internal combustion engines
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics
- Good written communication skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Customer care skills
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks
- Work authorization to work in the United States
