Job Summary
Provide individualized case management and advocacy for students/graduates, coordinating access to academic and personal-services resources, monitoring progress, and intervening in crises. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external agencies; maintain confidential records and analyze program outcomes to inform improvements. Role involves data entry and use of case management software; strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills required. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: minimum 2 years in case management or student support; experience with diverse populations; bilingual abilities a plus. May require occasional evenings or weekends; includes urine analysis/drug testing. Location: Kansas City, MO.
