Job Summary
Student Care Manager responsible for conducting executive screening calls with prospective instructors (sourced by recruiting team), assessing charisma and teaching potential, and pivoting to sales to recruit top executives for ELVTR’s instructor network. Will manage the candidate pipeline from screening to production handoff, providing real-time feedback to sourcing to refine criteria. Role requires high-energy video interviews, ability to engage C-suite leaders, and a strong command of English. Must work US business hours (EST/PST) from a quiet home office, with experience in Zoom and record-keeping in ATS/CRM systems (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter). Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
- Exceptional English proficiency (verbal)
- Ability to conduct executive-level video interviews via Zoom
- Experience managing large volumes of meetings in an ATS/CRM (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable switching from interviewer to recruiter to sell an vision to candidates
- Strong communication, gravitas, and professional presence
