Job Summary
Organize academic support systems for student athletes by communicating with coaching staff to identify those in need and guiding extra help structures with teachers and volunteers. Coordinate with coaches, teachers, and Cambridge School Volunteers to create individualized support plans, while assisting students in structuring time for study halls and tutoring. Communicate with parents and the Director of Athletics regarding academic expectations, eligibility checks, and quarterly progress reports. Draw up academic contracts as necessary and assist students in the college process for athletic participation. Attend athletic department meetings when required and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.

- Prior experience with high school student-athletes

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to keep clear and accurate attendance records
