Job Summary
Receive clinical placement applications via email, locate provider licenses, and enter data into tracking systems while managing student ID requests. Maintain documentation and information related to preceptor applications. The College of Nursing Office of Academic Affairs seeks an enrolled student with at least six credit hours per semester. Up to 20 hours per week are available during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, with a start date of August 2026. Pay is $13.00 per hour. Remote work is subject to change per departmental policy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Enrolled at a post-secondary institution or a secondary school
- Enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours if at a post-secondary institution), except for summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours per semester
- Must provide satisfactory proof of employment eligibility by providing acceptable, original forms of identification for employment verification via the Federal I-9 employment verification process
