Job Summary
Welcome and assist students, families, and campus visitors at the Student Life & Success and Info Desks. Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and connect students with campus resources. Support New Student Orientation, campus events, and Student Life & Success programs while assisting with special projects and office tasks. Work approximately 4–6 hours per week with schedules built around academic commitments at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash campus.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled at UC Blue Ash specifically for at least one semester currently or previously. Fall 2026 can be included.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable communicating in person and over the phone.
- Organized, punctual, and eager to help others.
- Maintain a 2.5 or higher cumulative GPA. First-year students must earn a 2.5 GPA after their first semester.
- Acceptable, original forms of identification for employment verification via the Federal I-9 employment verification process.
