Job Summary
Create and update user guides, training materials, and process documentation for application development projects. Test new applications, features, and system updates to verify functionality and identify potential issues. Document test results, report defects, and assist with tracking issues through resolution. Review existing documentation and recommend updates or improve processes. This role provides hands-on experience in software development, business analysis, technical writing, and quality assurance. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in application development, business analysis, technical documentation, or software testing
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must indicate on your application material evidence of having the experience, skills, or education required for this title
- Must attach a copy of your high school/college diploma or GED
- Must pass a physical agility assessment
- Must pass a background investigation
- Must pass a polygraph examination
- Must pass a psychological assessment
- Must pass a written test
- Must provide satisfactory proof of employment eligibility via the Federal I-9 employment verification process
