Job Summary
Develop and forecast content agendas for Weissman Wednesday Updates, produce bi-weekly newsletters in MailChimp, and manage LinkedIn pages for scholars and alumni by researching and reposting accomplishments. Support monthly Weissman meetings by booking space, ordering food, and arranging logistics. Prepare marketing materials for completed projects, conduct data analysis of project receipts, and update online project submission forms. Create course-specific resources for scholars and brainstorm ways to scaffold the proposal process. Organize and analyze student surveys, staff the SAS front desk, and consult on special projects as needed. Work 4–6 hours weekly at a rate of $15/hour during the academic year, primarily on campus with potential remote options later.

- Must be willing to staff the SAS front desk and phones as needed/able
- Must be willing to assume additional responsibilities as required
