Job Summary
Document technical processes, APIs, and workflows by collaborating with developers to maintain accurate system guides and reference materials. Create developer-friendly content including code samples and documentation repositories using tools like Swagger, Markdown, and Postman. Assist with testing, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and contributing to small-scale IT projects such as software updates and data analysis. Provide coordination support by scheduling meetings and tracking project timelines. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods for students in Computer Science or Technical Communication. Join Scan-IT's international team in the transportation and logistics sector to gain hands-on experience in agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, or similar technical concepts
- Experience or strong interest in project coordination or supporting project management activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language
- Curious and proactive approach to learning, troubleshooting, and improving processes
- Ability to work well with developers, IT staff, and other team members in a collaborative environment
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and balance workload alongside your studies
- Part-time position (15–20 hours per week)
