Job Summary
Continuous development and improvement of a Windows Web application supporting real optics production. Develop and enhance a Web GUI used to visualize, update and analyze data via Web API calls. Support database integration and information exchange process. Assist with machine learning and data analysis. You will contribute as a student assistant in the Fraunhofer IPT team, collaborating on innovative research projects, applying your studies to practice, and potentially writing a practice-oriented thesis. Flexible working to combine studies and job in the best possible way, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and contribution from the outset.
Required Qualifications
- Student status in mechatronics engineering, computational engineering science, computer science, data science, engineering informatics, informatics or comparable subject
- Some experience with C# and MySQL
- Experience in designing and developing web applications is a plus
- Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML and CSS is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and data analysis
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Python is a plus
- Very good English language skills, German is a plus
