Student Assistant – Change Management

Job Summary
Support change activities across business transformation initiatives by maintaining project trackers, preparing presentations and reports, and creating communication materials like newsletters and FAQs. Coordinate training schedules, organize stakeholder analyses and impact assessments, and develop user guides and quick-reference materials. Collect survey data, prepare dashboards, and facilitate workshops, town halls, and change network meetings while collaborating with Process Managers and Change Agents. Work approximately 20-25 hours per week with some on-site presence at Hellerup and Kvistgaard locations. Gain hands-on experience in change management, communication, and digital transformation within a global vaccine company focused on improving health and saving lives.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree within Business Administration, Communication, HR, Organizational Psychology, Change or Project Management, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development, or another relevant field
- Motivated to learn and interested in how people, processes, and technology come together during periods of change
- Ability to communicate clearly and turn complex information into understandable messages
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable coordinating several tasks and following up on actions
- Curious about new technologies and ways of working
- Ability to organize and interpret information, survey results, and basic reporting data
- Empathy and an interest in different stakeholder perspectives
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Interest in learning new digital tools
- Some on-site presence at Hellerup and Kvistgaard locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude
