Job Summary
Generate timely design solutions by translating concepts into images and completing construction document detailing within project parameters. Incorporate schematic design, material selections, and code clearances into detailing while assisting with contract administration tasks such as shop drawing and submittal reviews. Collaborate on weekly design presentations and community service events to support outstanding results. This in-office, part-time role requires a 16-hour weekly commitment during standard business hours for an NAAB-accredited architecture student.
Required Qualifications
- This is an in-office position in our Abilene office
- Ability to commit to a set work schedule of at least 16 hours per week (in 4-hour time blocks or more) within standard business hours
- Pursuing a Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture
- Familiarity with Revit
- Collaborative work style
