Student analyst in Electrification Ventures

Job Summary
Conduct due diligence on startup investments, evaluating financial valuations and business plans for technology companies. Identify and assess opportunities aligned with electrification themes, then support the preparation of investment proposals and portfolio monitoring. Perform research on emerging technologies and markets while contributing to cross-functional projects. Work directly on live investment opportunities with significant responsibility from the outset. Schedule 15-20 hours weekly with flexibility around exam periods. Join an international team in central Copenhagen focused on sustainable electrification solutions.
Required Qualifications
- In the first year of a master's degree or in the process of completing a bachelor's degree in business or engineering from a leading institution with top results in relevant subjects
- Relevant experience from student positions or internships, preferably in corporate development/venturing, VC funds, M&A, consultancy, tech startups or similar
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work 15-20h per week with flexibility around exam periods and other responsibilities
- Work from an office in central Copenhagen at Matrikel 1
Desired Qualifications
- Strong financial and analytical skills; experience with financial modelling, valuation or business plan analysis is an advantage
- Interest in the journey of electrifying the world through technology and innovation
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated, flexible team player with an ability to work independently and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-cultural teams and to engage with global colleagues
- Danish is not required
