Job Summary
Conduct high-quality ABA therapy in a clinic setting by implementing behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs. Collect accurate behavioral data, analyze it for recommendations, and contribute to client treatment plans and functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision. Participate in caregiver training, clinical meetings, and complete RBT competencies as an assistant assessor. Track supervised fieldwork hours to meet BACB requirements and collaborate with teachers and service providers for coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active enrollment in an accredited BCBA or BCaBA certification program
- Active RBT certification, or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA strategies
- Ability to engage children with autism in a supportive, patient, and developmentally appropriate way
- Clear and professional communication skills, verbal and written, with families, clients, and team members
- Strong organizational habits: timely session notes, accurate data collection, dependable schedule adherence
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical setting
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to maintain professional boundaries with clients and families
