Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under supervision of a BCBA; implement behavior intervention plans and collect data; develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans; collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies; document client progress and maintain accurate medical records; support clients in activities of daily living and social interactions; conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
