As a BCBA Intern in Action Behavior Centers, you will supervise and collaborate within our center-based early intervention program for children with autism, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans, under supervision hours toward BCBA certification. You will work with BTs/RBTs, support 8 hours of activity focused on BDS modules, prepare for the BACB exam within 6 months, and contribute to a pathway toward BCBA certification with salary advancement potential, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, tuition discounts, and team-focused incentives.
