Job Summary
Conduct early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years by shaping minds and collecting data to implement individualized treatment plans. Supervise fieldwork completion, ensuring the supervisee has accrued 85% of required hours (1700/2000) and all restricted hours are finished. Allocate 8 hours weekly off direct care to work on BDS modules while collaborating with BCBA's and the team. Sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Provide proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program. Earn $24-30 hourly with guaranteed 32-40 weekly hours, no-cost supervision, and a path to BCBA status upon passing the exam.
