Job Summary
BCBA Intern role for BT/RBT candidates to supervise and guide fieldwork hours, provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years, collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with BCBA’s and our team to uphold ABC’s core values, allocate 8 hours per week on BDS modules, and prepare for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program
- BT or RBT current or in training
- Supervisee accrual hours (1700/2000)
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
