Job Summary
As a BCBA Intern at Action Behavior Centers, you will support children with autism in a center-based early intervention program, supervising and contributing toward supervision-hour targets (85% of fieldwork hours completed, 1700/2000 hours) and completing restricted hours. You will provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans for each child (ages 18 months to 8 years), and collaborate with BCBA clinicians. A path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive salary exists after passing the BACB exam (target within 6 months). The role offers pay of $24-30/hour with potential wage increases, guaranteed full-time hours (32-40 per week), generous benefits (health, 401K with match, tuition discounts), and bonuses tied to supervision hours and exam success. Eligible students must be enrolled in an accredited master’s program and complete supervision requirements. - Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting

- Collaborating with BCBA’s and team on ABC core values
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
