Job Summary
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, and progressing toward BCBA certification. Role includes collaborating with BCBA teammates, participating in structured study and exam prep, allocating time to complete BDS modules, and sitting for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Strong emphasis on data-driven practice, clinical skill development, and ongoing professional growth within a comprehensive benefits package and leadership pathway.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Experience or eligibility as Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accumulating supervision hours
