Job Summary
BCBA Intern role within a premier ABA provider focusing on supervision-hours accumulation, data collection, and development of individualized treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 8 years in a center-based setting. Responsibilities include supervising supervisees' fieldwork hours (target 1700/2000 hours), collaborating with BCBAs, implementing early intervention therapy, collecting data, and supporting BCBA exam prep with a strong emphasis on completing BACB requirements. Eligible candidates are Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) pursuing BCBA certification, enrolled in a master’s program, and seeking hands-on experience in ABA therapy with a robust benefits package and guaranteed hours for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- BT or RBT experience or eligibility
- Center-based early intervention experience preferred
- Ability to supervise fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours progress) per BACB requirements
- Desire to pursue BCBA certification
