Job Summary
BCBA Intern role for students pursuing a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field. As a Student Analyst in ABA Therapy, you will support supervised fieldwork hours while delivering early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You’ll collect data and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with BCBAs and team members, and help supervisee progress toward BCBA certification. The role emphasizes hands-on practice under supervision, data-driven treatment, and a pathway toward BCBA eligibility, with a focus on advancing from Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to BCBA through supervised hours, passing the BCBA exam, and potential bonuses related to supervision and exam success. Compensation ranges $24-$30 per hour, with guaranteed full-time hours (32-40 per week) and benefits including health, 401K, tuition discounts, PTO, and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- BT or RBT
