Job Summary
Student Analyst - ABA Therapy role as a BCBA Intern to supervise and guide Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as they accrue fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. Center-based early intervention therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years, with duties including data collection, implementation of individualized treatment plans, collaboration with BCBA(s), allocating weekly time for BDS modules, and preparing for the BACB exam within 6 months. Compensation includes $24-30 per hour with potential wage increases, guaranteed minimum weekly hours (32-40 hours for full-time), and benefits such as health plans, 401K with match, tuition discounts, PTO, and a BCBA pass bonus for passing the exam on first attempt. Additional perks include bonuses based on accrued hours, lunch, DashPass, Calm subscription, and annual team events.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- BT or RBT ready to embark on a BCBA Intern path
- Center-based early intervention therapy experience preferred
- Evidence of fieldwork hours toward BCBA supervision
