Job Summary
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years; collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child under the supervision of a BCBA; collaborate with BCBA and the team to uphold ABC’s compassionate-care values; allocate 8 hours per week of the schedule for BDS modules; sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining; RISING STARS program with structured career growth toward BCBA, including bonuses and benefits; benefits include no-cost supervision hours, tuition assistance, CEU support, and leadership/clinical development tracks; guaranteed hours of 32-40 per week regardless of patient cancellations; emphasis on advancing toward BCBA certification and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Center-based early intervention experience (implied)
- Enrolled in master's program relevant to ABA/ BCBA track
- Evidence of supervision hours or plan to accrue supervision hours
