Job Summary
Conduct early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years by shaping minds and collecting data to implement individualized treatment plans. Supervise Behavior Technicians who have accrued 85% of required fieldwork hours and completed all restricted hours while collaborating with senior BCBA's on core values. Dedicate 8 hours weekly to BDS modules and sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Earn $24-30 hourly with guaranteed 32-40 hours weekly, no-cost supervision, and a path to BCBA licensure including a $5,000 pass bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Behavior Analyst in Training
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
