Job Summary
Graduate ABA Student Analyst program offers hands-on clinical training under BCBA supervision, providing unrestricted supervision hours toward BCBA certification. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), administering skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS), developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), implementing skill acquisition programs, and providing supervision and parent training. Mentorship from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative team environment supports growth in clinical skills while working with children with developmental disabilities in clinic, home, and school settings in St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program (required)
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Passion for applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
