Job Summary
Accrue supervision hours toward a guaranteed path to BCBA licensure by completing 1700+ fieldwork hours and all restricted hours. Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with BCBA's and team members to support core values while allocating 8 hours weekly off direct care for BDS modules. Sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. This role offers guaranteed 32-40 hours weekly, no-cost supervision, and a $5,000 pass bonus for first-time exam success.
Required Qualifications
- Behavior Analyst in Training
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
