Job Summary
BCBA Intern role focusing on early intervention for children 18 months to 8 years, assisting with data collection and implementation of individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting. Responsibilities include supervising fieldwork hours (1700/2000 required), collaborating with BCBAs, and preparing for the BACB exam within 6 months. Eligible candidates are BT or RBT pursuing supervision hours, currently enrolled in a master’s program, with a pathway toward BCBA certification. Pay ranges from $24-$30 per hour, with potential wage increases, guaranteed full-time hours (32-40/week), and a broad benefits package including tuition discounts, PTO, health benefits, 401K match, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
