Student Analyst ($1,000 Bonus)

Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts under their guidance while collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress. Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, and social-emotional abilities. Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff, moving quickly and getting up and down off the floor often. Work independently to learn new things daily and deliver the best quality care to the children served. This role offers a $26.00 hourly rate plus a $1,000 bonus after 60 days, with paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and premium pay for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician certification and meet specific educational requirements including a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with completed coursework, or verified Masters of ABA coursework. Positions are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, onsite in centers or home settings.
