Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts under their guidance. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress while providing one-on-one support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Maintain a safe and respectful environment, helping clients develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, and social-emotional development. Move quickly and get up and down off the floor often to provide high-quality care. Positions are available Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with completed BCaBA coursework and supervision hours, or a verified Master's in ABA, alongside current RBT certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- completed the course sequence for the BCaBA
- minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork
- minimum of 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork
- currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university
- minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork
- minimum of 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork
- current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
