Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts under their guidance while collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress. Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, and social-emotional abilities. Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff, moving quickly and getting up and down off the floor often. Work independently to learn new things daily and deliver the best quality care to the children we serve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Completed the course sequence for the BCaBA
- Minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork
- Minimum of 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university
- Minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork
- Minimum of 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- Work Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
