Job Summary
Student Ambassador at Yugo USA in Raleigh, NC, supporting leasing and marketing for the Maxwell Raleigh community. Responsibilities include greeting prospective clients, conducting property tours, processing applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/move-outs, handling inquiries, assisting with lease renewals and marketing efforts, maintaining reports and market information, coordinating service requests, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing. Requires strong customer service, administrative abilities, and availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends; compensation includes hourly pay with commission opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Relative experience in an administrative role
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Highly organized individual with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly
- Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems / databases
- Resilience and adaptability
- Ability to maintain open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
- Be available to work 20-25 hours per week
