Job Summary
Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs while managing apartment rentals and lease renewals. Handle phone and in-person inquiries, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation according to company policies. Support marketing initiatives, maintain market information, and participate in weekly leasing meetings. Update reports, manage service requests, and ensure model apartments remain clean and ready for residents. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and enforce community policies. Available to work 20-25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Relative experience in an administrative role
- Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels (orally and in writing)
- Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Highly organized individual with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly
- Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems / databases
- Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness
- Ability to maintain open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
- Be available to work 20-25 hours per week
- Maintain flexibility with work schedule, including evenings and weekends
