Job Summary
Student Advisor at Think Academy will handle inquiries about course offerings, schedules, and registration; follow up with prospective clients via calls, texts, or emails; conduct consultations to understand students’ academic goals and recommend courses; build relationships with parents; develop plans to meet enrollment targets; collaborate with marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging; analyze personal performance data weekly and adjust outreach strategies to exceed enrollment goals; role includes ~40 hours/week and a path to converting to full-time exempt based on performance; requires a Bachelor’s degree and Mandarin fluency, with CPT/OPT sponsorship available for eligible applicants; location is San Jose, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in Mandarin essential
- Previous experience teaching or coaching middle school students
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
