Job Summary
Student Advisor (Mandarin Required) is a remote, contract role that provides course consultations and proactive outreach to potential customers, handling enrollments, class setup, transfers, refunds, and mailing of materials. Responsibilities include recommending suitable classes based on learning progress, supporting teaching staff with scheduling and course quality assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse client base. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher; 1–3 years in sales or education-related customer service is a plus. Working hours reference: Eastern Time, 2PM-10PM, Wednesday to Sunday.
Required Qualifications
