Job Summary
Execute field-based outreach strategies to attract new students through community engagement, promotional distribution, and direct interaction with prospective families in target locations. Own the full enrollment process by connecting with parents, explaining programs, and converting inquiries into confirmed registrations. Proactively hunt for leads rather than relying on inbound inquiries, while building relationships with local schools, parent networks, and education consultants to maximize growth. Continuously track results to refine creative, non-traditional acquisition strategies that adapt to market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working at a for-profit tutoring center or learning center
- Proven ability to increase student enrollment and convert inquiries into registrations
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin or Cantonese fluency preferred
