Student - Abele Scholar Orientation Leader

The Orientation Leader helps create a welcoming, supportive experience for the incoming cohort by planning and running orientation activities, arriving early to welcome new students, facilitating icebreakers and small-group activities, modeling positive engagement and program expectations, serving as a friendly point of contact, and providing feedback to improve future orientations. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable leading groups, and are motivated to help peers transition into the program. The role offers a $200 stipend following the orientation and is located in Collegeville, PA.
