Clear, set, and maintain dining rooms, bars, and patio areas for Flanigan's by removing trash, cleaning floors, and ensuring all high chairs are sanitary. Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware while strictly following company safety, sanitation, and procedural training. Perform shift changes, opening, and closing duties, plus assigned sidework to keep the entire service area ship shape. This role requires the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently, and lift loads up to 50 lbs, including heavy items to high shelves, coolers, and freezers. Candidates must work in damp, high-temperature environments both indoors and minimally outdoors, and successfully complete the Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs.
