STS Section Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily STS assembly manufacturing operations covering molding, plating, Trim & Form, and singulation to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Execute production plans, monitor line performance, yield, and downtime while troubleshooting and escalating issues. Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines while guiding supervisors and operators in skill development. Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement initiatives and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams. Support new product introductions, line qualifications, and process improvements within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required with 3–6 years in semiconductor assembly or high-volume electronics manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years in semiconductor assembly or high-volume electronics manufacturing
- process engineer, production engineer, or shift supervisor experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes
- Knowledge of SPC
- Knowledge of yield analysis
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure
- Strong leadership potential
