Job Summary
Lead Structuring Middle Office to support Front Office, overseeing end-to-end index setup, price publication monitoring, missing price investigation, reconciliation checks, and SLA adherence. Responsibilities include reference data setup/amendments, accurate pricing publication, multiple reconciliations, timely query management, regular stakeholder communications, enforcing and enhancing controls, exploring automation of manual activities, maintaining timely checklists and MIS, updating SOPs, and building a deep operational understanding of systems.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives, Money Market, Cash Products
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify risks and escalate issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
- Prior knowledge of Middle office and/or Pricing process (preferred)
- Self-starter who works in a fast paced, results driven environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills (preferred)
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (preferred)
- Experience in automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath and Xceptor (preferred)
