Job Summary

Lead Structuring Middle Office to support Front Office, overseeing end-to-end index setup, price publication monitoring, missing price investigation, reconciliation checks, and SLA adherence. Responsibilities include reference data setup/amendments, accurate pricing publication, multiple reconciliations, timely query management, regular stakeholder communications, enforcing and enhancing controls, exploring automation of manual activities, maintaining timely checklists and MIS, updating SOPs, and building a deep operational understanding of systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives, Money Market, Cash Products
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and escalate issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
  • Prior knowledge of Middle office and/or Pricing process (preferred)
  • Self-starter who works in a fast paced, results driven environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills (preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (preferred)
  • Experience in automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath and Xceptor (preferred)
